  • Acting as an adviser to the Principal Designer
  • Acting as a CDM Adviser to the Client to assist with their legal duties
  • Review of Construction Phase Plans for adequacy
  • Undertaking CDM Compliance audits of duty holders
  • Undertaking CDM Compliance audits of active construction sites
  • Assisting with Competence Assessments of potential appointees
  • Provide general CDM / H&S Advice to the project team
